SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING
Safer’s TopGun is a fast-acting, non-selective herbicide for use around buildings, fences,
gravel, bark mulch and trees; on patios, sidewalks, driveways; and prior to planting grass,
shrubs, flowers and vegetables. TopGun leaves no soil residue. Controls a broad spectrum of
weeds including redroot pigweed, lamb’s-quarters, corn spurry, mustards, spotted cat’s ear,
chickweed and round-leaved mallow. Provides suppression or top-kill of some perennials
including plantain. NOTE: AVOID SPRAY CONTACT
ON DESIRABLE PLANTS AND GRASSES.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For best results, apply in spring/summer to young, actively
growing weeds less than 13 cm high. Nozzle is closed when purchased. To open turn nozzle
until the desired spray pattern is achieved. Spray weeds thoroughly until foliage is wet without
run-off. Browning of foliage will usually occur rapidly in 1-2 days. 100 mL of spray will
cover approximately 1 square metre. Repeat treatment as required every 14-21 days to control
weeds growing from seed or regrowth of perennial or large annual weeds.
